Hi my name is Mary Stark and I went through Mandela about a month ago I found it to be very pleasant very clean every group that I went to I didn't think I wanted to go but I'm still glad I went because I didn't want to miss a thing. The staff was great I'm checking in went very smoothly from my front door to their front door went great and I just appreciate them so much thank you Mandela

The only thing bad I can really say about this place is about the technicians. Some of them like prison gards controlling heartless ruthless, and they even abuse animals by physically kicking them, it was hard to watch even heart wrenching. Many of the women there came to get healing from their abusive relationships and upbringings, only to witness that.. I don't see the reason why they can't cause some kind of animal control or and the SPCA and have them fixed or put up for adoption as I saw there were female cats that have recently gave birth to kittens, and yes, they were the ones getting kicked too ,they were desperate for food. Other technicians, there were amazing and had amazing stories to identify with.They came from a loving place and only wanted to help.. ( Paige, DJ, and A.J.) Case management went above and beyond call.. Therapists were very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful.. Group therapy was big part of my healing there, Ray Robinson was an amazing life coach who facilitated the group with professionalism and wisdom.. Nursing staff and doctors were Clinically precise, and caring.. Mindful yoga and sound was a spiritual ✨️ journey everyone should take, its part of my daily routine now.. Thank you to the chiropractor and the masseuse, which I benefited immensely from **** But I have to say hands down the most beneficial aspect of that place was the clients themselves, i was showed support and love from each and every one of them, i will never forget them..

My husband went there for mental health and to detox from xanax. The people and staff were so amazing. He still isn't better but he did have some improvement and the fact he did is amazing. The staff did their best , but he is not trying to get better and that is a big part . I highly recommend this center

The facility looks just as the photos, very clean, bedding is so important and you have full size beds, redecorated and updated as well from my first visit years ago. And Tv for each patient. Laundry done descently. Physical quality and comfort level went for originally a 2.5 ⭐ a few years ago to a 4.5 ⭐ for me recently. Techs and interactive staff were assertive and pleasant. 4 ⭐ Ms. Lovely and Ashley are my favorites. 5 ⭐ Medical staff and med line was descent and caring for me. 4 ⭐ FOOD 2 ⭐😐🫤 NEEDS IMPROVEMENT but okish. Needs more choices of comfort food made better. It kind of tasted like cafeteria food they need more salad and fruit ideas and availability. But I will say everything's clean. Alumni Ashley very caring and inviting for comfortability and trust. Wonderful personality.5 ⭐ Hope this helps. This place right now accepts Sunshine health Medicaid. 5 ⭐ . Which makes it equal opportunity no matter what level of coverage you have. 🫶✌️🙏

Mandala is a wonderful place to come and receive healing. They rescued me every time I needed them, the staff is so friendly and helpful to all the things I need to become a better individual. The facility is clean, clean bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and spacious living. Great therapist's that really help you and assists you with a plan. Mandala never will leave you... After you leave they continue to make sure you are okay and will help you with anything ; Clothing, living, hygiene. If you ever need help with addiction or mental health you can call on mandala Everytime. You'll never be alone again. Mandala Healing Forever

I absolutely have enjoyed every stay here at Mandala! I love the techs, nurses and clients. They are extremely welcoming as soon as soon as I walk in. The groups are engaging and I learn a lot from them. They therapists motivate me and help me though every situation I’m going through. If I would ever have to come back, this would be the place!!!

It's the best rehab I've gone to. They are very welcoming and very kind and educated. They have some beautiful women that just lend an ear when you need to vent."Ms. Lovely ,Ms Sunshine, tech's A.J. Tee , Deja, Brandy, Kendra Jamia and many others. Love and will miss them for sure. The patient relations is very helpful they have helped me with clothes,shoes,and phone calls and just about anything I've asked for.Mikala, Stephanie, Chris and Evert" The case Management and Therapist are great Paige, Ernithia,Maria,Brittany,Monique"I would recommend if your trying to get sober this is the place to go come get what you deserve and get Well and Sober. Recommend some more challenging and fun things to do Ex.-more team involvement would be great,need something more stimulating and come up with different classes cause it seems to be repetitive but also they are great for addiction treatment and plans.

This place was amazing. Ms. Z was my therapist and she really helped me out. The groups were really good too. Everything about Mandala was amazing. They really helped me understand my depression. Ms Z gave me a lot of good coping skills to help with my anxiety and my depression. The techs were actually nice to me and would help me with whatever I needed. Mandala really took care of everything for us there. They had a cleaning group come in every day to clean. They would do our beds, change our bed covers if needed. Clean our bathrooms. Mandala made should our only concern was to get help and not have to worry about cleaning or worry about our food. They had everything done for us so we could concentrate on our healing ❤️‍🩹 ( recovery) I meant a lot of great women there too. We had a good community while I was there. The whole experience gave me an opportunity to heal. Thank you Mandala for helping me in my journey.

What do I say about the place that saved my life! Do I mention the patience and love given when I made every excuse in the book, justifying leaving to go use. How can I express the level of effort they tried to show me when I was stuck in my negative self talk. How the therapists checked in on me every day exposing that I’ve never had anyone ever do that for me. Becoming a peer leader built a brother hood when I thought no one would ever love me. I urge all of you because of the consistent love from the counselor’s, take the first notebook they give you. Find a pen and write a gratitude list no matter the awkward feelings and self doubt that will try and stop you! For the first time in my life my anxiety is gone! Thanks for Mandala and the techs I can leave knowing it is possible to live without the pain from anxiety. Oh and p.s The food is good

I have been in treatment multiple times, but what differs with Mandala is a more individualized program for recovery. Mandala has therapists that truly go in depth to understand what the root cause to our addiction is and more importantly our mental health. Many fear going to treatment over the fact they are giving up a dark part of their life that has been around for an extended period of time but here at Mandala you feel comfortable with not only the staff but will other patients. At the end of the day with any treatment center, you get out what you put in but Mandala guides you through your recovery so you can heal and pass your learned knowledge onto the next person.

I was here from October to November 2025 and It's a great place to get clean. Therapists actually care about you and the nurses are kind and professional. Most of the PCA staff is awesome! Food is good, there are snacks and ice cream available 24/7. There's also yoga groups, massage and a chiropractor on site. There's a mobile gym that comes 5 days a week with everything you need for a great workout including a bench and a squat rack and plenty of dumbbells. Males and females are separated but I preferred that because there were less distractions and I could really focus on my self and my sobriety. there's 4 ppl to a large room with a bathroom and shower. Everyone gets their own TV with the popular streaming apps included. Theres also a huge TV in the common area. Vape machine located in the auditorium and they go out to pick up cigarettes and vapes twice a week. There's also the Serenity store which you can use your tickets to buy clothes, sneakers, soups, candy and more. The staff is overall great and the nurses are kind and caring. Mandala got me clean and is helping me stay clean. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting sober!

I've been to Mandella few times each time been great experience. Groups are very interactive. Communication amoung residents and learning tools to help us communicate better. I highly recommend Mandalla healing center.

When I arrived at Mandala Healing Center July 9th 2025, I was broken, lost, and unsure if I could ever find my way out of addiction. From day one, I was welcomed with compassion, dignity, and a level of care I never expected. This place isn’t just a rehab it’s a healing sanctuary. What sets Mandala apart is how deeply they treat the whole person. Beyond the clinical and therapeutic support (Shout out to my therapist Fransisco) who is outstanding. They offer holistic services like massage therapy and chiropractic care that helped me reconnect with my body and begin truly healing from the inside out. Every detail of the program is designed to support real transformation. I also want to give a special thank you to Trent and Serge two people who made a massive impact on my life. Their guidance, honesty, and unwavering support helped me see the strength in myself that I had forgotten. I’ll never forget what they did for me. If you or someone you love is struggling, I can say without hesitation: Mandala Healing Center is a place where real recovery happens. They gave me my life back and I’ll be forever grateful.

My experience with mandala was the best experience I've ever had with a treatment center staff and alumni were very encouraging nd supportive and never made me feel invisible like my experience s in the past im not a one hit wonder and who knows what the future holds but I have more confidence because of this program and transitioning to the next destination on my journey to sobriety is 💯 %stronger and im more confident now that with the help I received from th program I have the best chance I have to finally get this plague of addiction outta my life and locked away so I can be the man and son I should have been 25 years ago I walked in a child i left as a confident 45 year old man thank you for your love support and the opertunity to the part in your program

Cynthia the therapist is fabulous. She gave me tough love but it was for my own good. She was there for me anytime I needed to talk or for anything. My name is Gabriella Duncan. I believe I was there in 2022. This place saved my life. Now I have almost a year and a half under my belt. Ms. Lovely was awesome and so was Chanel. I believe I went to mandala twice, so I’m sure they will be glad to hear I’m finally sober. The techs made my stay there a little more easy. I would recommend mandala to anyone suffering with addiction

I am so glad I made the call to come to Mandala. I went for mental health only but I came out of there last Friday so much more relaxed and healed. The community of girls are just the best part. I made great relationships with the girls and I met them so much. The staff is great and take good care of the clients. The nurses are fine I didn’t have any issues. I loved How they had yoga, Zumba, tvs for each bed, a lot of snacks, ice cream, soda and Powerade, massages (if you attend the groups). The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are nice too. Ignore the bad reviews!! Cause it isn’t bad at all. Thanks mandala!

This was the BEST treatment center I've been to by far. The staff was so kind and compassionate. My therapist Cynthia was amazing and the groups were not your ordinary addiction education groups. Very interesting and engaging with facilitators that were very knowledgeable and personable. I can't say enough about my stay at Mandala. Yoga was wonderful, the massages were just what I needed after detox. And the girls there with me were truly like a second family. Id recommended Mandala to anyone seeking help!!!

This place was great and alumni was awesome! We had great groups and got to know each other on personal levels. Thank you alumni you are awesome... And thank you for helping me get my medicine back. The food was good, better than when I was there last year. They have fun things to do now like social hour where you can play bingo, trivia, pool, etc. This is my first choice if I ever need to go back here if I ever need help again ... Shout out to Omar, Chris K, Jeremiah, Austin, and stephani. Also everyone in alumni it was a great experience!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mandala Healing Center! The staff are phenomenal…the doctors, nurses, therapists, case managers, group facilitators, and of course the super kind techs. I spent 27 days at Mandala and it truly changed my life. They helped me to address my childhood trauma, and they gave me the tools to cope. They set me up for success and my case manager set up my appointments for one-on-one therapy and psychiatry prior to my discharge. The facility is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and they have cleaning staff everyday. They offer weekly massages, 3 yoga classes a week, and boxing as well as many more activities. The process groups are amazing, and the therapy you receive is top of the line. I can go on forever about how truly wonderful Mandala Healing Center is but I think you get the point lol. 100% recommend this detox/residential facility. Forever grateful to everyone there for changing my life for the better. 10/10

La Morris & Everett (tech leads) and Victoria the therapist are wonderful. I had the pleasure of being treated with courtesy and respect by nursing too (shout out to pretty lady for empathizing with each patient to tend to their needs). Carlton in case management has the most reprehensible follow through and I'm not pleased with how clinical let things get to the point of no return when I patiently waited for days to be tended to. Big people always seem to be busy in meetings. Focus on restructuring case management and clinical where it counts the most. I'm grateful for all of the good Mandela has done for m. I am respectfully leaving critical advice for the rest of my review.

I just left Mandala Healing Center this morning. I had a really great experience in many ways. I am truly grateful. The staff is fantastic and extremely caring. Many are in recovery and understand , empathize, and are truly compassionate with what the patients are going through. There is always someone to talk to when you need to talk. The staff root for us with passion and truly want us to get well and stay well, living life in the best way possible without the use of drugs and alcohol. I enjoyed our groups, yoga classes, massage, and boxing class. I feel so much better and positive with a new outlook on life. If you are looking for detox I highly recommend looking into Mandala Healing Center. You will not regret making the choice for detox. I love you all... and thank you so much for your love, help ,encouragement, and support.

Amazing staff doing great work healing people and freeing them from the shackles of addiction. They care and lift people up when they are most down and vulnerable. I just can't put into words the greatness of this place, the staff or the gratitude I have for the work that they do and how they do it. They do it with open ears and understanding hearts and it's very effective for achieving a successful recovery.
